What are the Vascular Systemic Services?

We utilize a variety of systemic products delivered in three different ways dependent on the needs of your specific landscape’s needs. Each delivery method introduces the control products directly into the vascular system of the tree which then distributes the material throughout the plant.

1. Spring Soil Drench – Product is applied directly to the root zone of the plant which then introduces the material into the vascular system of the plant. This treatment may provide curative control or preventative control for the coming year.
2. Trunk Drench – Product is applied directly to the trunk with a special penetrant. The material immediately enters the vascular system for quick uptake and fast results. Often this method is used in season for active pests or as a preventative just before an anticipated outbreak.
3. Fall Soil Drench – Primarily used to supply a preventative control for the following season. Although this approach can also provide additional control of late season pests such as various scale insects.
